Aamir Khan tagged Salman Khan‘s ‘raped woman’ as insensitive and inappropriate. During the poster launch of ‘Dangal’, when Aamir was asked to talk about Salman Khan’s ‘raped woman’ controversial remark, he said, “I wasn’t present when he made the comment but going by media reports, I feel what he stated was rather insensitive and unfortunate”.
When the perfectionist was if he would provide his associate recommendations, he told journalism, “Who am I to advise?”
Salman had landed himself in soup when he compared himself to a raped woman while taking about the gruelling shoot of ‘Sultan‘. “When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to seem like a raped woman. I could not walk straight”, Salman stated in an interview.
The National Commission of Women summoned Salman Khan and asked him to apologise. Salman responded to the NCW but he is yet to apologize for the hurting remark.
At the ‘Dangal’ event, Aamir likewise stated, “Religion is a personal thing, he has a right to his opinion,” when asked them about star Irrfan Khan‘s questioning of Ramzan fasts. “We have forgotten the genuine meaning of rituals. We have made them a tamasha (scene). Qurbani means sacrificing something near to your heart and showing others. Today, you buy a goat from the marketplace for sacrifice. It is something to think about, it refers good sense, all of us ought to ask ourselves how sacrificing another life makes us any goodwill”.
